01 Inquire About Your Date
We would love to party with you! Our availability throughout the year is limited, and it’s best to contact us early in your search for the best chance that we’re available for your date. Inquire about our availability >
02 We Chat!
If we’re available for your date, you’ll get an email from us letting you know (YAY!). From there, you’ll be able to schedule a discovery meeting so we can learn about what you’re looking for from your wedding entertainment. For example, if you’re looking for a DJ to simply guide the evening with a custom playlist or an experienced club-style DJ who can live mix and create a custom experience.
03 Welcome to the CDJC Family!
When you’re ready to book with us, we’ll send over a contract and invoice to make a deposit. Then, let the planning begin! We’ll also send you a link to download our client planner mobile app so you and your fiancé can start adding your “must play” songs into the playlists.
04 creative planning meeting
We will be communicating with you regularly to ensure we are always on the same page throughout the planning process. Around 3-6 months before the big day, we’ll set up a time to meet you at your venue for a walkthrough and advise on the best place for your epic dance floor. If we’re providing lighting and other event enhancements, we’ll talk through those elements too!
05 reviewing final details
We’ll have one final meeting about a month before your wedding to iron out the final details, go over your timeline, talk through guest speakers, and anything else of importance. We’re committed to making your wedding the absolute best it can be and this meeting is crucial to your wedding day success.
06 your wedding day!
Hooray! It’s your wedding day! You can just enjoy your day knowing we’ve got everything under control. We’ll guide the flow of the evening with seamless song transitions and simple announcements. We’ll set the tone and continually read the crowd to keep the energy high from start to finish. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!
